Prior to downloading and utilizing this program the user must read the disclaimers below and understand that the following provisions apply to all parties who utilize this program in any fashion, either for business or personal use. Once the user downloads this program, it will be assumed that they agree to the following:
Program Disclaimers
1. The provider (A>V>C>) will not be held responsible or liable in any way for the use of this program by the end user. The program is sold "as is" and it is the sole responsibility of the end user for any errors that may occur while utilizing the program. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure that all aspects of the program information is correct and functioning as expected.
2. The provider is not a legal entity, nor do they own or are employed by a company related to the software/ hardware business used in the creation of this program. No documentation is available and cannot be provided, only an invoice with a personal signature.
3. The provider is not an agent for or under consignment of any other business, and do not sell any products or provide professional services for a fee. This program was published as a self-made program. Your donations is not a fee for any products or services.
4. Any donations received will be non-refundable.
5. As a user of the program, you or anyone that you provide the program to will not be permitted to publish, promote or receive a fee for the program in any fashion. This includes, but not limited to the internet, or any other publication.
6.The source codes of the programs are closed and are A>V>C> property. Disassembly for any purpose is prohibited. Changes are prohibited. The programs contain protection against hacking and transmit detailed data about the hacking attempts and the computers on which these attempts were made.
7. The provider will provide technical support to all approved users of A>V>C> program via email.The provider will make every effort to respond quickly, but the exact response time is not guaranteed.
8. The provider agree to troubleshoot and correct any errors with the program if it is possible free of charge, any issues or errors associated with CAD-program and Windows OS software will not be supported under this contract.
9. The provider guarantees that the program contains only those features that are stated in the program description. The program does not contain embedded advertising, it does not install additional software and it does not collect any information about the end user. Information about your computer is sent to me only in 2 cases: the moment of activation of the programs and the moment of unforeseen failures. In the latter case, you can turn off the sending of information.
10. The A>V>C> Server stores the following information about your account: your email address, your name (as you indicated it), country and language. This data is encrypted over the network. Your account password is not stored anywhere and is not transferred anywhere (a password hash is used instead). No personal data is collected. None of your data is used for advertising or spam. None of your data is passed on to any third parties.
11. To activate the A>V>C> program, the following information about the workplace is collected: the identifier of the computer motherboard, the identifier of the installed copy of the Windows operating system, the computer name, the name of the Windows user account. This information is stored and transmitted over the network in encrypted form. This information is used solely to activate your licenses. No information about your workplace is shared with any third parties.
12. Information about the licensing of AutoCAD/BricsCAD and other programs is never collected or sent anywhere. A>V>C> plugins work no matter how you activate CAD-program.
13. If for any reason the user needs any modifications to the existing program, they can contact the provider and the provider will determine if the changes can be made or corrected. The provider reserves the right to refuse any requests made once the original program has been provided.
14. Due to the fact that this program currently does not have a digital signature and or digital certificates, installation of this program may cause a “Warning Window” message when downloading and installing. This is normal and It poses no threat to your computer.
If for any reason the user does not agree with any of the disclaimers above, do not download the programs. Downloading the program implies that the user agrees to follow and abide by all disclaimers listed above.
Any addendums to this contract by either party must be in writing and mutually agreed to by both parties before signing the contract.
